M8 Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to clearly understand how billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for our lead generation and consulting services. This policy applies to all plans purchased through m8leadgen.com.
Our services are offered as recurring monthly subscription plans (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3). Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize M8 Consulting LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will use the payment method on file for each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@m8leadgen.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to receive your plan's services through the end of that period. We do not charge any cancellation penalty.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the volume and value of services already delivered. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Setup fees, leads that have already been delivered, and the current billing period once services have begun are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have any billing concern, please contact us first at admin@m8leadgen.com so we can resolve it promptly. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issue before a dispute or chargeback is filed.
